Intimate With God’s Spirit is Tawanda Robbins debut CD, completed August 2009, and presented to the world January 2010 with a mission to ignite and inspire a relationship with God throughout the world one hearer at a time.

Who is Tawanda Robbins you may ask, well she is a Kingdom Citizen; an anointed psalmist, songwriter, recording artist, thought provoking speaker, and a passionate evangelist. If you were to ask Tawanda what does all that mean, she will tell you that she is a World Occupier on a mission to tell those who inhabit this earth that God desires an intimate relationship with His creation. Whether Tawanda serves as Praise and Worship leader, Sunday school teacher or ministering before hundreds, or two, Tawanda always says she has an audience of One and that is God.

Tawanda Robbins was born in Charlotte, NC as a child she sang in church choirs as well as school choirs; she even went to college on a music scholarship. With a love for music Tawanda infuses all genres of music classical, gospel, jazz, opera, just to name a few with the word of God. Tawanda believes all music was created to give God glory. As a judge for a local Christian contest Tawanda searches for the anointing, there are a lot of talented and gifted artist, but it is the anointing of the Holy Spirit flowing through you that changes lives, and penetrates hearts and that is what Tawanda believes Christian music is about the Holy Spirit.

This young “Woman of God”, is blessed with an anointing on her life that is assigned to bring out the best in you. As she, ministers love and words of encouragement to your spirit, the Lord has already set the atmosphere for deliverance and healing, and she doesn’t hesitate to allow the Lord to use her mightily. As a willing vessel within a seven month period of her presenting Intimate With God’s Spirit Tawanda’s music has reached international land, countries such as England, Uganda Africa, India and Trinidad Tobago. Using her gifts and talents to send missionaries around the world to build churches and share the love of Christ to all. Locally Tawanda’s passion for mission and deliverance is obvious as she ministers to raise funds and to bring awareness to crisis relief programs, domestic violence outreach, and homeless awareness to name a few. Tawanda is a true testimony of God having a plan for your life.

As an evangelist Tawanda has a passion to share the power we possess as children of God created in his image and likeness. She desires that we all grab hold to our freedom which we receive as we accept Jesus as our Savior and become a doer of the word of God, and not just a hearer. Tawanda proclaims that we are to seek the Kingdom of God and the only way to do that is by seeking a relationship with God through Jesus. As a speaker Tawanda shares her lifestyle of worship, and personal testimony as she demonstrates how important it is to have a personal intimate relationship with God vs. religion. As a psalmist, before Tawanda Robbins even sets foot on stage she has already connected with God and her audience, to charge the atmosphere with the undiluted richness of the word of God through the ministry of song. You will find yourself sitting in expectation, as the room immediately fills with peace, smiles, laughter, weeping, praising and worshiping God. Tawanda’s concerts are creative as the Lord continues to stretch and bless her with a platform not like others, and you will be amazed at how you are pulled into the story, as you escape with the words, and you find yourself dancing with the dancers and then you may find yourself being silent before the Lord, because at that moment you come to the realization that you are having your very own personal audience with the Father.

Tawanda’s vocal ability is astonishing as the anointing that rest on her transports you into a place of total comfort and serenity; you feel God’s arms embrace you. When asked why she is just now sharing her gift and talent, Tawanda replies with confidence, all things in God’s timing.
